In addition to the reception desk, Les Toises offers an automated reception service for fast, direct patient access to the waiting room. A reception terminal, located in the waiting room lobby, enables patients to register their arrival by means of a personal card.

Data protection and security are governed by legal provisions.

What is Les Toises card?
Les Toises card is personal, anonymous and confidential.
It allows you to announce your arrival to your therapist, thus minimizing your waiting time.

What are the advantages?

A fast, modern welcome that optimizes your arrival.
Your therapist automatically receives a notification in his or her diary to pick you up.
Discreet arrival at the Centre des Toises, with no need to announce your identity.

How do I get a card?
At your first appointment, Reception will offer you Les Toises card. If you accept, you will be asked to sign a document confirming your understanding of the terms and conditions of use.

What should I do if my card is lost?
In the event of theft, breakage or loss, please contact Reception to arrange for your card to be replaced directly.

Why not let Reception take care of patient arrivals?

The automatic reception kiosk facilitates the arrival of patients while optimizing Reception's working time. Reception is responsible for welcoming new patients, responding to individual requests, providing medical concierge services, redirecting calls and e-mails, and much more.

According to a user survey conducted in 2018, in one of our pilot facilities, around 68% of patients used the welcome terminal systematically, 24% regularly and 8% occasionally. These results have encouraged us to extend the use of the kiosk to other facilities. Reception is, of course, always available to help patients with any queries they may have.
